Reyna Taylor

Vice President of Public Policy and Advocacy, National Council for Mental Wellbeing


Ms. Taylor brings extensive experience with federal public policy initiatives to protect access and affordability to her role as Vice President of Public Policy and Advocacy at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing where she leads public policy and government affairs activities, supervises legislative matters and guides overall public policy strategy. With nearly two decades of specialty pharmaceutical and medical device experience, Ms. Taylor has a wide range of knowledge on public policy issues, including Medicare, Medicaid and commercial management of managed care organizations, hospitals, pharmacies and mental health centers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience from Bates College and earned a Master of Science in biotechnology and Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.

Margaret French

Vice President, Venn Strategies

Margaret French is a vice president in the firm's health care practice. Prior to joining Venn, she was a senior member of the government relations team for America’s Essential Hospitals (AEH), where she advocated for Medicaid-dominated hospitals and health systems including a third of the nation’s Level I trauma centers. Margaret also managed the Essential Hospitals Political Action Committee. She previously served as director of federal affairs at America’s Physician Groups, where she focused on Medicare payment policy and value-based payment models. Margaret began her career on the staff of Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA), managing the Senator’s health care portfolio, among others. She holds her bachelor's degree from Marquette University.

Michelle Seger

Vice President, Venn Strategies

Michelle Seger is a vice president in the firm's health care practice. She serves as policy lead and regulatory expert on a number of issues, including end stage renal disease, hospital payment policy, and organ donation. Michelle also has considerable experience in coalition management and message development alongside international consensus building. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle was Legislative Counsel for Congressman Alex Mooney (R-WV), and prior to that served on the legal staff of the Senate Judiciary Committee working for then-ranking member Chuck Grassley (R-IA). An attorney who received her law degree from The George Washington University, Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Kentucky.

Jakara Eason is a vice president within the firm’s health care practice, where she specializes in designing and executing strategic programs that mobilize diverse stakeholders, drive meaningful policy discussions, and foster cross-sector collaboration. Before joining the firm, she held a variety of programming roles at the Washington, DC office of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP. Jakara graduated from Howard University and received her master’s degree from George Washington University.

Client Services Associate, Venn Strategies

Graham Roy is a client services associate who supports the firm’s practice groups through political and legislative research and analysis. Before joining Venn, Graham worked at a government relations firm and previously served in the office of former Representative Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ). Graham holds both his undergraduate and master’s degrees from George Washington University.
