Reyna Taylor
Executive Director, Partnership for Part D Access Vice President of Public Policy and Advocacy, National Council for Mental Wellbeing Ms. Taylor brings extensive experience with federal public policy initiatives to protect access and affordability to her role as Vice President of Public Policy and Advocacy at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing where she leads public policy and government affairs activities, supervises legislative matters and guides overall public policy strategy. With nearly two decades of specialty pharmaceutical and medical device experience, Ms. Taylor has a wide range of knowledge on public policy issues, including Medicare, Medicaid and commercial management of managed care organizations, hospitals, pharmacies and mental health centers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience from Bates College and earned a Master of Science in biotechnology and Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University. |
Jon Pyatt
Advisor, Partnership for Part D Access Executive Vice President, Venn Strategies Jon Pyatt is an executive vice president at Venn. He brings to the firm more than two decades of policy and political experience, including serving as Chief of Staff to former Congresswoman Cheri Bustos (D-IL). He also served as her strategic advisor when she chaired the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Previously, Jon worked as Deputy Chief of Staff and directed floor operations for Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a chief deputy whip. Off the Hill, Jon led the federal advocacy agenda for the three-campus University of Illinois System and its teaching hospital and health system in Chicago. A novelist, Jon received his law degree from Pepperdine University, a master’s degree in international affairs from Columbia University, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois. |

Advisor, Partnership for Part D Access Assistant Vice President, Venn Strategies Jakara Eason is an Assistant Vice President with Venn, specializing in multi-platform stakeholder initiatives and grassroots initiatives. Prior to joining the firm, she held a variety of programming roles at the Washington, DC office of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP. Jakara received her bachelor’s degree from Howard University and her master’s degree from George Washington University. |
